  1. Tell us, please, about your first steps in motorsport. Who led you there?

Orgil Enkhbat, My co-driver Telmen Buyantsogt led me to the sport – he is my wife’s younger brother, thanks to him I began to be interested in different kinds of motorsport.

  1. What are you proud of? What motorsport achievements continue to inspire you?

Orgil Enkhbat, If to speak about achievements in motorsports, I’m proud of every race that I won.

  1. Have you ever participated in the Silk Way Rally? How was it? What place did you manage to take?

Orgil Enkhbat, For the first time our Team Mongolia Number One took part in the Silk Way Rally in 2019. Our crew took the third place in the T2 category then. In addition, two motorcycle riders performed for our team and they also successfully reached the finish line.

  1. This year the Silk Way Rally will run along the Russia-Mongolia route (from Omsk to Ulaanbaatar). What are your expectations for the 2021 rally and how do you imagine this route?

Orgil Enkhbat, Most of the legs of the 2021 Silk Way Rally will take place in Mongolia, so we believe that we have a good chance of a top result and a lot of advantages.

  1. What do you plan to perform in? Who are your team members? How will you prepare for the Silk Way Rally?

Orgil Enkhbat, This year our Team Mongolia Number One will participate in the Silk Way Rally with two crews in the T3 category – one of them will be female (Byambasuren Bat-undral and Erdenebat Erdentungalag). A young nineteen-year-old racer Turbat Purevbat will perform for our team in the motorcycle classification. There are nine people in our team, including a manager and mechanics.
